Our objective is to produce accessible products to be used by the general public. We built and operate the internet website youdazzl.com (hereinafter referred also referred as "YouDazzl"). YouDazzl enables users to generate personlised pictures using AI.

We may collect several types of information, including but not limited to Personal Data, from and about you: • Your email address • Your uploaded training images • From third parties, for example, our Service Providers (as defined below). To the extent information is: (i) associated with an identified or identifiable natural person and (ii) protected as personal data under applicable data protection laws, such information is referred to in this Privacy Policy as "Personal Data"
We use training photos uploaded by you to train our AI model. Using the trained model, we then generate your personlised pics using fine tuned text to image prompts. We use our research to fine tune the prompts used as input to the trained text to image models. Training the AI model and generating the pictures requires a lot of compute, including GPUs. We charge you for using the service, not for the generated pictures.
The user assumes all responsibility and risk for the use of YouDazzl websites, apps, and its properties and the Internet in general. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall anyone involved in creating or maintaining YouDazzl websites, apps, and its properties be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss profits that result from the use or inability to use the Website and/or any other websites which are linked to this site. Nor shall they be liable for any such damages including, but not limited to, reliance by a member or visitor on any information obtained via the Website; or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, viruses, errors, defects, or failure of performance, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access. States or Countries which do not allow some or all of the above limitations of liability, liability shall be limited to the greatest extent allowed by law. You agree not to use the Service or Results to: • In any way that violates any applicable nation, federal, state, local or international law or reguloation; • For the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way; • To generate or disseminate verifiably false information and/or content with the purpose of harming others; • We reserve the right to permanently ban any user from our websites for behavior that goes against our guidelines. We will be the sole judge of guideline violations and we do not offer appeals or refunds in those cases. • Delayed Transactions. In the event a Users Payment Method was declined. YouDazzl may attempt to process the transaction again under the same conditions as the transaction was initiated by the User, within a few days of the Users first attempt to purchase. • YouDazzl accepts no liability or responsibility to any person or organization as a consequence of any reliance upon the information contained in its sites like YouDazzl and any other of its sites and properties.
We retain training images for up to 1 week. This allows user who haven't made up their mind to generate the AI model to continue with the option without uploading the training images again. We delete the training images after 1 week if the user does not chose to train the model. We delete training images once we obtain a trained model. We retain the trained model until the user ask us to delete it or the subscription is permanently cancelled. User generated pics are retained untill user deletes them. We also may retain your Personal data in connection with your privacy- related requests and communications with us, if any, as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.
General age limitation. YouDazzl is not intended for or directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to Use YouDazzl. If you are under 18, do not: (i) Use or provide any information in YouDazzl or through any of its features, or (ii) provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number or email address. In the event that we learn that we have collected or received any Personal Data from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
The Company may modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date this Privacy Policy was last revised is indicated on the top of the page. In case the changes made include a new purpose of the processing, a legal basis, a new category of personal data to be collected or new data subject, other changes that can pose a risk to your rights and freedoms, Your continued Use of YouDazzl after we made those changes is conditioned upon your consent given to those changes separately from this Policy. That fact can negatively affect some of YouDazzl services provided to you in case those services inevitably include consent to the changes.
